These safeguards are part of our continued commitment to be transparent about how we use and protect your personal data. These changes also make it possible to take into account the new standards introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Nicolas Gigot Foundation is responsible for processing your personal data. By accepting its general conditions, you indicate that you have read and accepted the privacy policy of the Nicolas Gigot Foundation, summarized as follows. The Nicolas Gigot Foundation may process personal data to ensure the objectives of managing and processing the files of its customers, both past, present and future, which notably involves exchanges with other service providers.

Your consent can be revoked at any time on simple written request or by email. In this case, the revocation will only apply to services not yet completed.

Your personal data is processed by us and may be in particular by the following third parties to whom it would have been transmitted as part of a good management of your file: graphic designers, developers, experts in natural and paid referencing.

Your personal data is not kept longer than necessary for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes, but also for compliance with the legal, contractual and ethical obligations that apply.

You can access your personal data or request its correction or deletion via the email address info@fondation-nicolasgigot.org or by post to the postal address Rue Grandfosse 44, 4130 Esneux. You can also contact the Data Protection Authority to exercise these rights. The President of the Court of First Instance hears any request relating to the right to obtain communication, rectification or deletion of personal data, when no action has been taken on the request within 45 days of said request, or when the request was rejected. If at any time you feel that we are not respecting your privacy, please send us a letter or email. We will do our best to find and correct the problem.
